We’ve all gone down the proverbial rabbit hole that is online cat videos. There’s something soothing about watching animals do their instinctual things. Fallbrook’s Equinox Farms has found a way to meld yoga with the healing powers of animals for a day that will leave you feeling ready to tackle anything.

This Saturday, November 5, the three-hour “Llama’ste” workshop will begin with a one-hour yoga session. This isn’t just any yoga session, however, as you will be surrounded by the likes of alpacas, mini ponies, goats, and the star of the farm—the Dolly Llama. After perfecting your duck face in the obligatory selfies with the farm’s many furry friends, you’ll be treated to a reading by Pamela Robins. An apropos speaker for this event, Robins is the author of Meditating With Animals. Those seeking their canine soul mate will love that the day ends with a dog adoption event with positively precious puppies.

For $55, your ticket includes the event, a raffle ticket for a Prana clothing gift card, a light lunch, and other goodies. Even better, proceeds benefit Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary, Falcon Ridge Horse Rescue, and the Lovejoy Foundation Dog Rescue. Go to EquinoxFarms.net to buy your ticket.
