The cruise company is hosting a variety of events for Turkey Day, from a Thanksgiving dinner cruise to an event at the Hornblower’s on-land venue, The Abbey on Fifth Avenue in Bankers Hill, where there will be a buffet, decadent desserts, and live jazz entertainment.

Seaview Breakfast Buffet Restaurant at the Manchester Grand Hyatt

Grab a head start in the day by making a trip to this Thanksgiving Champagne Brunch Buffet. Offerings at this bayfront restaurant include a raw seafood bar, seasonal salads, and traditional sides as well as a carving station. There will be a cider-brined turkey, pumpkin gnocchi with pancetta, and a lemon butter red snapper.

Dine in the Westgate’s Le Fontainbleau Room where chandeliers and luxe European charm greet you for a holiday fete. Find six dedicated stations where a selection of made-to-order crepes, charcuterie and cheese boards, salads, carved meats, and more wait. Stand out dishes include a lamb cheek ratatouille, Ecuadorian bay scallop ceviche, and a sous vide venison mac and cheese. Bottomless house Prosecco or Champagne will be offered for an additional $20. Reservations highly recommended.

Multi-course Dinners

Bistro 39

For its three-course dinner choose between two soups and a winter spinach salad for starters. Move on to the second course, a selection between a turkey breast with chef’s brown gravy or a slow roasted prime rib with au jus and horseradish sauce. For dessert guests can choose from an assortment of pies such as pumpkin, apple, and pecan or an à la mode double fudge brownie. Reservations are required and the last seating will be at 8:30 p.m.

Hotel Del Coronado

Enjoy Thanksgiving by the sea at The Del where its three-course menu and an additional fourth course ($95) are offered. The menu presents dishes such as a smoked duck breast and pumpkin tart, butternut ravioli, grilled filet mignon, Mary’s organic turkey, and pumpkin roasted sweet potato pie. After dinner head to the sand and enjoy the hotel’s seasonal ice rink.

The three-course meal is served family style. Start with their take on the pumpkin spiced latte with a spiced cognac froth and pumpkin lobster bisque. For dessert there’s a warm cranberry vanilla cake with vanilla ice cream or a kabocha tart with a pomegranate reduction and vanilla chai whipped cream.

Visit the L’Auberge Del Mar where a mix of tradition and not so traditional meet on their holiday menu. Dishes such as blue Hubbard squash bisque, roasted Heritage turkey with sage bread pudding, beef tenderloin, and a goat cheesecake with pumpkin butter will be on the menu.

Dine in Coronado and go all out Italian at Maretalia. They’ll have a roasted turkey with cornbread stuffing and cranberry orange relish and choose dishes such as the restaurants buratta with prosciutto and grilled radicchio, the butternut squash angnolotti with walnuts and pomegranate, and an olive oil cake with caramelized pears.

Osetra Seafood & Steaks

For starters Ostera has prepared its namesake salad as well as a roasted butternut squash soup. On its main courses find a selection of lamb osso buco, the chef’s selection of market fish, a New York steak or hand carved turkey breast with traditional sides. The dessert menu is stacked with a hazelnut chocolate mousse, apple, or pumpkin pie.

The dining space located inside Gaslamp hotel The Pendry, Provisional creates a three-course prixe-fixe menu with a persimmon salad with grilled pear and walnuts as well as a seared ahi tuna. For the second course find a pumpkin risotto, whole branzino, and more as well as four dessert options to cap the meal. Take it next-level with wine pairing for $35.

For prime seafood fare and a traditional Thanksgiving meal visit Truluck and it’s select three-course dinner menu. Find a butternut squash soup, followed by a herb roasted turkey breast with giblet gravy, cranberry apple compote, and parmesan mashed potatoes. For dessert a classic pumpkin pie is met with a seasonal twist with its eggnog whipped cream topping. Be sure to take part in their extensive wine list and pair your meal with the Sonoma Coast Martinelli pinot noir for $20 a glass.

Watch the waves crash and break at this seaside restaurant. Begin the evening with the rose petal advieh-coated wild prawns with harissa aioli, barberry bulgur, and carrot coulis ($19) or the sweet corn coconut blue crab bisque with Virginia Smithfield ham and chayote ($18). For the main dish try the woodchuck pear cider brined turkey breast with Cabot butter mash and cranberry relish ($41). End the evening with the five-spice pumpkin torte with a wildflower gelato ($14).

Cafe 21

Order by November 22 and be able to take away your fully prepared Thanksgiving dinner on the day. Find traditional pan gravy, cranberry sauce, and house dinner rolls along with the turkey for the order. Plus, there’s a Thanksgiving menu, as well as holiday dishes such as turkey sliders ($6), and a sweet potato puree ($4.50).

True Food Kitchen

Pick up in store or dine in at this restaurant with organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Its seasonal gluten-free squash pie is filled with ripe butternut squash and spiced with ginger, cloves, cinnamon as well as brandy, maple, and coconut. The centerpiece comes with a vegan graham cracker crust and is topped with a vegan coconut milk whipped cream.

Veggie Grill

At this quick-service eatery find the Thanksgiving plate set with its roasted “turkey,” cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed yams, and cauli-mashed potatoes with porcini gravy and cranberry sauce. Post-Thanksgiving, they’ll be serving their turkey dinner sandwich with gravy, and cranberry sauce served on a roll through December 31 ($10.95).
